หลวงพ่อทาบ วัดกระบกขึ้นผึ้ง กับหลวงปู่ทิม วัดละหารไร่ ทั้งสองท่านเป็นพระเถระผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านวิทยาคมของจ.ระยอง และสนิทสนมเป็นสหธรรมมิกใกล้ชิดไปมาหาสู่กันเสมอ หลวงพ่อทาบท่านเกิดปี 2420 แก่กว่าหลวงปู่ทิม 2 ปี

เมื่อหลวงพ่อทาบมีพิธีปลุกเสก ก็จะนิมนต์หลวงปู่ทิมไปร่วมงานด้วยเสมอ
ครั้นเมื่อหลวงปู่ทิมมีงานปลุกเสก ก็จะนิมนต์หลวงพ่อทาบไปร่วมด้วยเช่นเดียวกัน เพราะต่างฝ่ายต่างนับถือธรรมปฏิบัติและวิทยาคมของกันและกันว่า ไม่ยิ่งหย่อนกว่ากัน

อาจารย์ปถม อดีตสหกรณ์ จ.ระยอง ถึงกับพูดว่า ถ้าพระเครื่องหลวงพ่อทาบแล้ว ต้องถือว่าเป็นพระเครื่องหลวงปู่ทิม เพราะหลวงปู่ทิมมาปลุกเสกให้ ท่านอาจารย์ปถมได้พูดถึงสองพระอาจารย์ว่า ทาบทิม ทาบทิม หมายถึง ของของหลวงพ่อทาบก็คือของหลวงปู่ทิม ของหลวงปู่ทิม คือ ของหลวงพ่อทาบ

หลวงปู่ทิมเป็นประธานงานศพหลวงพ่อทาบ
LP Tim presided over LP Thaab's funeral ceremony. 

หลวงพ่อทาบอาวุโสกว่าหลวงปู่ทิมเล็กน้อย ทั้งสองท่านสนิทสนมกันมาก เมื่อสมัยเป็นพระหนุ่มไปหาแสวงหาพระอาจารย์ที่แก้กล้าวิชาอาคมด้วยกัน แม้ภายหลังก็ไปมาสู่กันและกันเสมอ เมื่อหลวงพ่อทาบสร้างพระ ก็จะนิมนต์หลวงปู่ทิมมาร่วมปลุกเศก ครั้นเมื่อหลวงพ่อทาบมรณภาพเมื่ิอปี 2509 หลวงปู่ทิมก็ไปเป็นประธานงานศพหลวงพ่อทาบ (ดูภาพในโพสต์นี้)

พระดิน 9 ชัย - LP Daeng baked-clay amulets

LP DAENG BAKED-CLAY AMULETS,WAT KAOBANDAI-IT, PETCHBURI, B.E.2513

Apart from holy powder Somdejs of various colors - red, yellow, and black; LP Daeng's amulets of Wat KaoBandai-it, Petchburi still have many molds of baked clay amulets as shown above. 

LP DAENG BAKED-CLAY SOMDEJS

Police Lt Col Prasong Jermporn (who had police rank at that time as Police Lt) was the layman-president for B.E. 2513 LP Daeng amulets creation confirming that the baked-clay Somdejs were blessed the same time with the holy-powder Somdejs by LP Daeng specifically for containing in a Chedi (cone-shaped stupa) because they are more enduring than holy-powder Somdejs. 

Five years after that (B.E. 2518/2519), they were excavatedly stolen from the Chedi.
